Askoider
Askoid Collection 2021, cellulose, pigments, oil paint.
The Askoid Collection presents a group of askoid vessels that are represented in two dimensions so that they cannot fulfil their original function. Various arrangements of the group with different references are proposed, transforming their functionality into a symbolic potential.

MEGA
The motifs in the Mega collection are small vessels for oils, perfume or milk. These functional and at the same time ornamental objects played a fundamental role in everyday life in early history. By enlarging the objects and presenting them as megalithic monuments, our relationship to them is changed and the great aesthetic value inherent in the design of everyday objects is emphasised.
Mega Collection 2021, 240 x 300 x 35 cm, cellulose, pigments, oil paint.

ELPIS SAMMLUNG
Elpis Sammlung, Installation, variable sizes, cellulose pigments oil colours, 2021

This collection of vessels, inspired by the classical forms of Greek ceramics, is based on the myth of Pandora's box, which, when opened, allows all the evils of humanity to escape. At the bottom of this box, which can also be a vessel as in this case, the only remaining content is ‘Elpis’, the ambivalent figure of hope in Greek mythology.
